The challenge: Any brand can talk about how great their products are. But to really convince people, why not get your customers to vouch for you? Our job was to do this in a credible way – to an extremely tight deadline (as usual).

The solution: Having scoured DFS’s database for suitable candidates, we sent our crews on a tour of Britain. The result was a five-part series of endearing stories, which felt credible and intimate. The whole process took three weeks, from start to finish.
